Gain objective insight
For a long time, the communication service had been registering general dissatisfaction with the organization's internal communication culture. However, the management of this big and complex organization couldn’t find a consensus on the severity, nature and causes of the problem.

In view of the objective, we specifically examined to which extent the existing communication tools contributed to the desired EVP.
