CLIENT NEWS - Energie.be strengthens 'fairer energy market' mission with Charly PR
Energie.be, the Flemish energy provider that wants to definitively change the energy market, is now reinforcing its mission with proactive public relations. With the help of Charly PR, the Benelux agency for corporate and consumer communication, Energie.be will increase its presence in the media to make the energy market fairer and more transparent.

"At Energie.be, we don’t only lead by example but go a step further: we want to change the market from within. We’re going to reinforce this mission with relevant media stories as well from now on."
Bart Feyen, Co-CEO at Energie.be
Tom Van Den Bosch, one of the two Co-CEOs at Energie.be: "1.2 million Belgians pay up to €1,000 too much per year for energy, partly because many suppliers use misleading tactics to make you pay much more for your energy than you think when signing your contract."
Bart Feyen, also Co-CEO, adds: "For us, energy is a basic need for which all people should be paying a fair and transparent price regardless of suppliers choice, which unfortunately we aren’t. At Energie.be, we don’t only lead by example - with a very sharp, clear, and transparent rate for sustainable energy - but go a step further: we want to change the market from within. We’re going to reinforce this mission with relevant media stories as well from now on."
Karolien Hessels, Managing Director at Charly PR: "We’ve also noticed, both as a company and as consumers, how needlessly complicated and non-transparent this sector is today. We fully support the mission of Energie.be and are very excited that we can now make an impact together. Especially because during our first contacts, we really felt the sincere passion of the team at Energie.be for this mission - they truly walk the talk. We are therefore eager to highlight both the exciting company story and the societal mission of this young company with strong, newsworthy media stories."
