To make the experience during a crisis simulation as realistic as possible, we use a dynamic (social) media simulation platform. During the crisis exercise, live messages appear on (social) media. This allows teams to better manage the crisis, do live monitoring, analyze, and decide when and how to respond.
Crisis simulation platform:
This platform is connected to the (social) media simulation platform. It centralizes everything that happens or is needed for crisis management. There is also a space where you can email and chat, collaborate on statements and other communication tools, and store them. This way, each team works in its own environment during a crisis exercise, and everyone can easily and in real-time access everything from anywhere.
