Sarah Vanden Broeck, member of the communications department at IDEWE: “More than a year ago we started our search for a new public relations agency that would bring our visibility to the next level, especially through strong thought leadership PR. Charly PR very quickly proved that that they were going to make that happen: we were surprised by how fast the team captured our extensive organization and subject matter and how they translated all that into strong PR stories around hybrid working, reintegration, bullying and other topics that heavily impact employee wellbeing. Their approach resulted in soaring quantity and quality of our visibility in all types of media outlets – lifestyle magazines, newspapers, broadcast, verticals, … And with each story, they also look at how owned and earned can amplify each other. This way, Charly PR has found its place in our marcom partners ecosystem.”

Not a customer but a partner

As Managing Director of Charly PR, Karolien Hessels shares Sarah’s enthusiasm: “Groep IDEWE is the kind of organization that gives us a huge drive. We treat each other as partners with a common goal: to maximize the reputation of IDEWE among all stakeholders and to inspire as many employers and employees as possible when it comes to the importance of wellbeing in all its aspects. Their many specialists, including CEO Lode Godderis, always make time to share valuable industry insights with us and we have a very open dialogue with the marcom team. So all the building blocks are in place for inspiring and credible stories that make an impact on IDEWE’s target audiences. We’re looking forward to keep the momentum going.”
